The petition is of 2020. Perused the order passed by the learned Tahsildar. Vide the impugned order the petitioners were directed to remove the obstructions of the approach way. The record also discloses that the petitioners have challenged the order dated 22.10.2018, in Rasta Case No. 1406 of 2018, passed by the learned Tahsildar. The said order was also previously challenged by the petitioners in earlier litigation Writ Petition No. 973 of 2019, which is disposed of by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2019. It seems that the petitioners are again approaching for the same relief challenging the same order.

In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed with no order as to the costs. However, it is made clear that in the event, if in future further cause of action accrues, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with the law. (SUSHIL M.
