The petitioner seeks grant of compensation. The award is passed in the year 1976.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Atiyat Court has passed the judgment in the year 2018. In the year 2012, the same was subject matter of challenge before the MRT. The MRT decided the proceedings in the year 2018. As per the said proceedings, the petitioner is entitled to receive the compensation amount. 3.

Mr. Gadhe, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given application for payment of compensation (page no. 44). The same is not considered.

In view of the fact that, the application of the petitioner is pending, we pass the following order.

The respondent No. 5 shall consider the application of the petitioner (page no. 44) and take decision with regard to the payment of compensation after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
