By this application applicants seek suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment. Applicants are convicted for offence punishable under sections 307, 353, 379, 506 read with 34 of IPC and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for four years and to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/- by District Judge- 4 and Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in Sessions Case No 101/2015.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent. Perused the documents on record.

Applicants were on bail during the trial and they have not not misused the facility of bail. Considering the short term sentence of four years, application is allowed. 4.

Substantive sentence of imprisonment of four years is hereby suspended.

The applicants shall be released on executing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount. Applicants shall deposit fine amount, if already not deposited, at the time of securing bail.
