Present application has been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 2417 days condoned in filing first appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent/original claimant has strong objection to allow the application on the ground that whatever ground has been stated in the application is absolutely not sufficient and reasonable. It is stated that there is huge and inordinate delay.

Though the delay is huge, it has been tried to be explained by the acquiring body in paragraph Nos. 3 to 5 and therefore, the delay stands condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.

Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for further consideration on 13.01.2020.
