By order dated 26.10.2016 this Court has directed the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to find out the present status of RCC No.16/2009 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chalisgaon. Accordingly, report is now submitted before the Court and said case bearing RCC No.16/2009 (Hiralal Mangu Pawar Vs. Subhan Dharma Rathod and others) came to be disposed off as withdrawn as per the order dated 26.4.2013 on the basis of pursis Exh.4 filed by the complainant therein. 2.

It is thus clear that basic dispute of theft has been resolved and therefore, the very purpose of filing present criminal application seeking relief of issuance of search warrant looses its significance.

In view of the above, Criminal application is disposed off as infructuous. No costs. Rule discharged.
