2 APPLN1280.2016 punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years, for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 135 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
