The applicant/original respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 6 pray for modifying the order dated 26/04/2005 passed by this Court (Coram : D.S.Zoting, J.) in WP No.26/2005. It is canvassed that the Court, at the relevant time, lost sight of one particular Gat Number and that was not mentioned in the order.

I do not find that this issue could be considered on a civil application and more so after 14 years have lapsed. The petition itself could be taken up for final hearing.
