Here is an application for suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment passed on 14.08.2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar in Sessions Case No. 7 of 2015. Applicant was convicted for the offences punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and fine of Rs.5000/- each with default clause. Considering the short term sentence and the fact that since 30.03.2015 applicant is in custody, this Court finds it appropriate to pass the following order:- I) Criminal Application No. 1281 of 2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

II) Applicant is released on bail on P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each. III) Bail before the Trial Court.
