Learned APP has strongly opposed the application. 3.

The applicant was granted bail on condition that he shall not enter the jurisdiction of Gangakhed Taluka, till conclusion of the trial. Said condition was imposed in December, 2021. The trial has not yet commenced.

It is informed that the victim has not been residing in the said Taluka. The applicant has a mentally challenged brother and age old parents.

For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
