Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant has been arrested on 12.01.2023. It is a case of fraud. The applicant had trapped the complainant. She administered him stupefying substance and prepared a video of sex with her. Then, she forced the complainant to marry her. When he denied, she demanded him Rs.30,00,000/-. After the investigation, the mobile handset in which she allegedly prepared a video has been recovered. There are no antecedents to her discredit. Considering the nature of the offence and the material progress in the investigation, she deserves bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant MOSMINA ANWAR SHAIKH be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.12 of 2023, registered by Police Station Rahuri, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 383, 384, 385, 506, 120-B of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) She shall not misuse the video of alleged incident of sex.

(c) She shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till the conclusion of the trial. (d) She shall supply her residential proof and phone numbers to the Investigating Officer.
