Delay of 2387 days caused while bringing the legal heirs of sole respondent- Limbaji Shivram Mote on record is hereby condoned on the grounds set out in the application.

Accordingly, the Civil application is allowed. Abatement is set aside.

The applicants are hereby permitted to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days from today.
