Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 06.02.2023 passed below Exh.20 by learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Jalgaon in Misc.Civil Appeal No.33 of 2021 and the order dated 12.07.2021 passed below Exh.21 by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Chalisgaon in R.C.S.No.173 of 2019 whereby, learned trial court rejected the application for temporary injunction filed by petitioners and same was confirmed by the appellate court. 3.

Both the learned counsel submits that the suit is pending since 2019 and the purpose would be served if the trial court is directed to decide the same within a stipulated period.

In view of that trial court is directed to decide the R.C.S.No.173
