ORAL ORDER :

The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to certify nomination in favour of his great grandson Rupesh s/o Hanumantrao Venalikar since the petitioner had participated in freedom struggle and is undisputedly a freedom fighter, to facilitate his great grandson Rupesh s/o Hanumantrao Venalikar to secure employment. The request has been turned down on the ground that the policy framed by the

Writ Petition No.2644/2012 State Government does not entitle a freedom fighter to issue nomination in favour of great grandson for the purposes of securing service benefit. Nothing has been pointed out to the contrary by the petitioner.

We do not find any substance in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands rejected.
