Mr Kulkarni, learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have applied for issuance of caste certificate to respondent no.3 on 9.9.2019. The same ought to have been decided within thirty days. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Gangakhed has not decided the same. The last date for filling in the form for NEET is 29th February 2020. 2.

We have heard learned A.G.P. and learned Counsel Mr Narwadkar for respondent no.4.

The petitioners shall appear before respondent no.3 on 24th February 2020. The Sub-Divisonal Officer, Gangakhed shall decide the applications filed by the petitioners for issuance of caste certificate by 26th February 2020.
