Mr. Anil M. Gaikwad, the learned counsel for the Appellant (Appointed through the Legal Aid), seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal on the ground that the Appellant has already engaged a private counsel and filed Criminal Appeal No.129 of 2025, seeking bail in Crime No.0154 of 2023, registered at Renapur Police Station, District Latur, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 324, 323, 504 read with 34 of I.P.C. and under Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Since the Appellant/accused has already engaged another counsel and filed an Appeal, therefore, Advocate Mr. Anil M. Gaikwad, appointed through the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, is permitted to withdraw the Appeal. Accordingly, the Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

Fees of Mr. Anil M. Gaikwad, learned counsel appointed through the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad, be paid as per the Rules.
