Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant that the applicant was found in possession of Gutka, committed the road vehicular accident and recovery of the alleged Gutka on the spot of incident, the Court is of the view that the applicant's further detain is not essential. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Syeed s/o Syedakaram Waseem, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.228 of 2021, registered with Bembali Police Station, District

36-ba-366-2023.odt (2) Osmanabad for the offence punishable under Section 272, 273, 328, 188, 279, 336 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 59 of Food Safety and Standard (Prohibition and Restriction) Regulation Act and Section 184 and 134 of Motor Vehicle Act, on the conditions that he shall not involve in similar crime.
