Notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents no.1, 2 and 4 and learned Advocate Mr Patil waives notice for respondent no.3.

The proposal with the corrected tribe certificate has been submitted by the petitioner in February 2018 and the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner has appeared for 3rd year M.B.B.S. Examination.

According to the petitioner, the father and the brother of the petitioner have been issued the validity certificates. 4.

Considering the above, we pass the following order: (I) The Committee shall make endeavour to decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

W.P.2388/2018 (906) (II) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12th March 2018.

(III) Respondents no.2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's 3rd year M.B.B.S. Course only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

(IV) In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then may be allowed to undergo the internship, however, the degree certificate shall not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 5.
