PER COURT :- This is an application seeking quashment of the order passed by the Registrar on 6.12.2012, refusing registration of Latest Patent Appeal for want of prosecution.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The orders passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the LPA and Civil Applications in the appeal are set aside. The applicant shall remove office objection within a period of two weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant application shall be deemed to have been recalled. Delay occurred in presenting the petition is condoned. Put up the matter after three weeks for admission.
