We have disposed of the Writ Petition 765/2015 vide order dated 18.02.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed civil application seeking modification of the order so also correction. 2.

It is stated that in the order dated 18.02.2015, more particularly, clause (A) of Para-5, instead of respondent Nos. 3 and 4, it ought to be respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so also the word "allow the petitioner to appear for examination" is not appearing.

Vide the said order, we had directed the respondents not to refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The said order would include and mean that the petitioner would be entitled to appear for examination, if otherwise she is not ineligible and will not be refrained from appearing for examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 1/2

In the said order, in Para 5, instead of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, the same shall be read as Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so also, in appearance column, appearance of Advocate Mr. Tele shall be shown only as against respondent No. 4.
