Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that proposal of the medical bill of the petitioner submitted by the respondent No.7 school on 12.11.2014 is yet pending before the respondent No.5.

It is submitted that the proposal submitted by respondent No.7 to respondent No.6 has been forwarded to respondent No.5 i.e. the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune.

In the circumstances, we direct

2327.16wp respondent No.5 to take a decision on the said proposal, in accordance with the State Policy, as expeditiously as possible; however, on or before 13th May, 2016 and communicate the decision so taken to the respondent No.7 and the petitioner.

Petition stands disposed of on above terms.

Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
