Considering the fact that validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order -

ORDER

I] The respondent No. 1 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months from the date of appearance.

II] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 19th March, 2018.

III] Till the validation proceeding is decided, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.
