In all these civil applications, learned counsel for the applicants,

ca2501.16 -2on instructions, submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicants/petitioners raised in the present civil applications as well as writ petitions in respect of recovery certificates, the applicants/petitioners are ready to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) in each matter, to respondent No.4-Bank, within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4-Bank submits that if the applicants deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- each, in the bank, though without prejudice to the contentions raised by them in the civil applications/petitions, the respondent-Bank would not proceed with the auction proceeding up to December, 2016.

The counsel for both the sides agree that in case the applicants/petitioners fail to deposit the said amount within four weeks from today, as agreed, in that event, the respondent-Bank would proceed with the auction process in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above directions and observations, civil applications are disposed of.
