Rule. Learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 & 2 waives service. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 waives service. Heard finally by consent of the parties. 2.

By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seeking direction against the respondent nos. 3 & 4 to consider the claims/representations of the petitioners as per circular dated 28th June 2018 issued by the respondent No. 1 for giving the postings to the petitioners as per their choices by opening/showing the posts of compulsory vacancies. These claims/representations are annexed at Exhibit-'I' collectively at pages 40 to 44 of the petition.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 & 4 does not dispute that the representations made by the petitioners are pending for consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that till date, the claims/representations of the petitioners have not been considered.

In view thereof, the respondent nos. 3 & 4 are directed to consider and decide the claims/representations of the petitioners (Exhibit-'I' collectively at pages 40 to 44 of the petition) within a period of six weeks from today. The respondent nos. 3 & 4 shall communicate decision to the petitioners within four weeks from the date of decision.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
