This petition impugns the judgment and order dated 22.1.2014 passed by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon, below Exhibit-24 in Special Darkhast No. 17/2011. 2.

It is the contention of Petitioners that the Civil Court is not empowered to execute the award passed by the Co-operative Court. 3.

The learned advocate for Respondent has relied on reported decision of co-ordinate bench of this Court in Akole Taluka, Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 903-WP-10257-2014 Shikshak Va Shikshakettar Karmachari Gramin Bigar Sheti Sahakari Pat Sanstha Mydt, Akole Vs. Punaji Pandurang Dhongade (2020 AIR CC 1118 (BOM), wherein it is held that the Civil Court is empowered to execute the award of the Co-operative Court. 4.

In the light of said decision, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed.
