The Petitioner is aggrieved that Respondent No.5, Principal of the Girls School and Junior College, is refusing to sign and forward the salary bills of the Petitioner. The Petitioner has approached Respondent No.3/ Deputy Director of Education, Nasik, vide application dated 31/12/2019. No decision or order has been passed on the same.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3, to consider the representation of the Petitioner by following the due procedure laid down in law. Opportunity of hearing would be granted to all the stakeholders

3527.23wp (2) and after collecting the details as regards the refusal of the Principal in signing the salary bills, Respondent No.3 would issue appropriate orders. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 60 days from today.
