The learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that loan is repaid under OTS Scheme and the 'No Dues Certificate' is issued to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed off as such. Interim relief stands vacated.
