PER COURT :- The petitioner has already challenged the order passed by the Collector, Latur on 18.2.2016, directing recovery of additional amount & penalty before the Divisional Commissioner and the Appeal No.3/2016 is stated to be pending. It is informed that, inspite of presentation of the Appeal, no orders have been issued. However, the Tahsildar has sealed the control room of the cable TV network, under the directions of the Collector. The petitioner states that, he has already deposited the admitted sum. However, the dispute is only in respect of the amount arrived at on the basis of survey conducted by the Office of the District Collector. In the peculiar facts of this case, we direct the Divisional Commissioner to dispose of the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from today. In the mean while,the Collector shall ensure removal of seal put to the control room of the cable TV network operated by the petitioner, forthwith.
