The applicant/appellant is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondent Nos.4 Kamalbai Shivaji Narwade and 7 Namdeo Gundiba Khot, who admittedly died as per their death certificates on record. It appears that maximum delay in taking legal representatives of respondent No. 7 on record is of 3562 days.

The learned Counsel for the respondents did not raise any strong objection. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) and (D) subject to cost of Rs. 5000/- to

2 911 CA-2316-2020 be paid to Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Aurangabad. The amendment be carried out after deposit of costs, within stipulated period.

Civil Application No. 2316 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of. 5.
