Both the learned advocates submit that, now there is compromise between the parties in view of mediation process undertaken. In view of the settlement, the terms of settlement were filed in the Court of

2 69-wp 87-2023.odt learned District Judge, Ambajogai. In view of the terms of compromise, the learned District Judge, Ambajogai has passed an order dated 31.03.2023.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has produced certified copy of the order dated 31.03.2023 on record and the terms of compromise. It is taken on record.

The Criminal Writ Petition No. 326/2022 is in respect of challenge to the order passed by the learned Magistrate thereby rejecting the application for discharge. However, since in view of compromise, R.C.C. No. 441/2013 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Parli Vaijnath stands quashed.

The Criminal Writ Petition No. 326/2022 stands allowed. 5.

In view of the same, both the criminal writ petitions stand disposed off.
