31-03-2022 PER COURT :- Mr. Kale, learned Government Pleader tenders a communication/statement from the District Planning Officer and states that the Collector has not utilized the amount out of funds of Rs.1690.00 Lakhs for COVID affected persons. The amount of Rs.4067.04 Lakhs are already released and only amount of Rs.996.98 Lakhs remains with the District Planning Officer. It is submitted that after getting clarification from the Planning Department, the said balance amount would be transferred to the concerned Zilla Parishad. Statement is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the above statement, purpose of filing the petition would suffice. 3.
