2] The applicant, who is arrested in connection with Crime No.8 of 2016 registered with Bhokar Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Section 304(B), 498-A, 306 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, is praying for his release on bail.

2 7-crappln1290-16.odt 3] The applicant was arrested on 8th January, 2016 i.e. on the date of filing of the complaint by the father of the deceased.

4] According to the complainant, his daughter - Mangalbai was married to the elder brother of the applicant namely, Sainath on 6th May, 2014. It is alleged that an amount of Rs.One Lakh towards the dowry was remained to be paid. Therefore, all the in-laws, including the present applicant, used to illtreat the deceased by making demands for Rs.One Lakh. In the circumstances, the deceased committed suicide by jumping in the well on 6th January, 2016. Therefore, the complaint was filed.

5] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is behind the bars since 8th January, 2016. The applicant is the younger member in the family and therefore, naturally, there would be a minor role for him to play in the family affairs.

3 7-crappln1290-16.odt He further submits that the investigation qua the present applicant is complete and therefore, the applicant may be released on bail.

6] Learned A.P.P. opposes the application.

7] Considering all the facts on record, as the investigation qua the present applicant is practically complete, he can be released on bail. 8] Hence, the following order :- A] Criminal Application is hereby allowed.

B] The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.8 of 2016 registered with Bhokar Police Station, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Section 304(B), 498-A, 306 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/-
