Mr. Deshpande, the learned Assistant Solicitor General raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioners have remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, though Mr. Choudhari, the learned counsel sought to canvass the submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The authority where the proceedings would be filed, shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. No costs.
