1. Mr Barlinge, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the scrutiny committee has returned the original tribe certifcate on the ground that it is not in the proper form. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already applied to the concerned Sub Divisional Ofcer for issuance of caste/tribe certifcate in proper form.

The petitioner may fle On-line application.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer. The S.D.O., after verification of the said certificate, shall issue corrected tribe certificate in proper form to the petitioner preferably within four weeks.

The petitioner shall, after receipt of original tribe certificate in the the proper form, shall once again submit the proposal to the committee for validation.

Mr. Barlinge learned counsel submits that the respondents may

45wp3116-20 take action against the petitioner on account of non submission of validity certificate. As on date the employer has not taken any action against the petitioner. In case the employer takes action against the petitioner in spite of pendency of the validation proceeding, then liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court. In that event, all contentions are kept open. 6.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
