Heard learned counsel for the applicants and respondent-original claimant.

These applications are preferred seeking extension of time to deposit the amount in terms of the order passed by this court on 02-12-2020 whereby 12 weeks time was granted to deposit the amount in terms of the award passed by the Reference Court in LAR Nos.722/2010 & 723/2010 dated 14-02-2019. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view

(2) ca3447.21 of the situation which arose on account of Covid-19 pendamic the applicants could not deposit the amount of compensation within the stipulated period.

For the reasons assigned in the applications and in the light of submission, by way of final indulgence, six weeks time is granted to the applicants to deposit the entire amount of compensation as ordered by this court by order dated 02-12-2020. In the event of default, the claimants would be at liberty to execute the award.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
