Heard both sides.

The application is given by the petitioner for giving employment on the ground that he is a nominee of the freedom fighter. His application is rejected by the respondents. The reason given by the respondents with the affidavit shows that there was no nomination from the freedom fighter in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of affidavit showing that one Bhagwat Rangnath Nakhate had given such nomination. But there is no other record to show that the said person was the freedom fighter and the present petitioner is a grandson of the said freedom fighter. As with the proposal there was no nomination given by any freedom fighter, the application of the present petitioner is rejected.

This Court seems no reason to interfere in the matter. Hence, the Petition is dismissed.
