Mr. Kazi, learned counsel for petitioners submits that, he has informed Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 that he is mentioning the matter for speaking to minutes.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, in paragraph nos.2 and 5 instead of 'change report', the same should be 'scheme'. 4.

In light of the above, in paragraph nos.2 and 5 instead of word 'change report' the same be substituted with word 'scheme'.
