PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner has made a complaint to the Chief Executive Officer of Wakf Board, making allegations in respect of mal-administration and financial irregularities committed by a Mujawar of the Dargah. It is within the exclusive domain of the Chief Executive Officer to look into the grievances of the petitioner and to take appropriate remedial measures.

This petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to look into the grievance raised by the petitioner in his application dated 9th February, 2015 and pass appropriate orders or to take appropriate remedial measures, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within a period of three months from today.

With the directions as above, P.I.L. stands disposed of.
