27th February, 2018 P.C.:- 1) The order dated 26.2.2018 is prescribing a bar for operating liquor shops at a place where the counting of votes is scheduled to be conducted and is operative until completion of counting of votes.

2) The reference of the place in the order dated 26.2.2018 is referable to the city where counting is scheduled to be conducted, meaning thereby on 28.2.2018 liquor shops, bars and other licensed premises dealing with liquor, which are operating

{2} WP 2362 of 2018 at Aurangabad shall remain closed until completion of counting of votes on 28.2.2018.

3) This order is consistent with the order dated 26.2.2018 passed by the Collector.

4) Other issues raised in the petition are not pressed at this stage.
