Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to incomplete information and instructions, there are certain errors in referring to the fact situation as well as the grounds in the petition. He prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file an appropriate and comprehensive petition on or before 3rd April, 2019. It is further submitted that as the petitioner is working as a Constable and was assigned with the duties of law and order

2611.19wp (2) maintenance or other ancillary duties of alike nature, he was unable to seek proper legal assistance within time due to nature of his duties. 3.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with liberty to file fresh petition on or before 3rd April, 2019. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to circulate the petition for further orders/consideration on 5th April, 2019.
