With the assistance of learned APP Ms Mantri, the status of the proceedings before the Trial Court came to be ascertained. She made available the order dated 21/07/2025, passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad. By the said order, the proceedings bearing Special Civil Suit No.231/2010, which is the subject matter of present application, has been disposed of as the same is withdrawn unconditionally. The said order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
