By this civil application, applicants seek condonation of 9 days' delay caused in filing civil application to bring legal representatives of deceased petitioner no.1 on record, as the petitioner no.1-A to 1-C. The death certificate of the petitioner is annexed at page no. 7 of the civil application. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amendment to be made in the copies supplied to the other parties within one week thereafter.
