Mr. Tarde, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, there are no dues against the petitioner. No dues certificate has been issued by the respondent bank/recovery officer, still the charge over the property of the petitioner is not removed. The petitioner has given representation to that effect with respondent authorities.

The petitioner may file appropriate application with the Committee constituted vide circular dated 13.03.2015 with

2 wp 7579.15 regard to the entries in the revenue record. So also may file an appropriate application with the District Deputy Registrar. In case such applications are filed by the petitioner, the authorities shall take decision upon the same expeditiously and within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of such application.
