It appears that this Court had passed conditional order for supply of spare copies and if copies are not supplied within time, it is ordered that the application will be dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the applicant had not submitted the spare copies. There is delay of 39 days in filing the application for restoration of Criminal Application No. 1654 of 2020.

The applicant is accused in connection with SCC No.218/2017. It would be just and proper if the application is heard on merits. The applicant is ready to remove office objection immediately.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). 6.
