Mr. Dande, the learned counsel for the appellant fairly states that, other companion appeals in respect of same acquisition filed by the present appellant have been dismissed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 02.03.2015. 2.

In the light of that and for the reasons recorded vide judgment and order dated 02.03.2015 in First Appeal No. 641 of 2001 with other connected appeals, the present first appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
