Learned counsel for the petitioners in both writ petitions, on instructions, submit that during pendency of these writ petitions, both the suits bearing RCS No.4 of 2002 and RCS No.5 of 2002 came to be disposed of by the trial Court. These writ petitions have been preferred against the orders passed by the Additional District Judge, Shahada in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 2 of 2002 and Misc. Civil Appeal No.3 of 2002 wherein the trial Courts order granting temporary injunction in favour of the petitioner/s plaintiff/s came to be set aside. Since both the suits are disposed off, these writ petitions have become infructuous. Both the writ petitions are accordingly disposed off as infructuous. Rule discharged. (V. K. JADHAV, J.) Sam..
