PER COURT :- The petitioner claims to belong to Manerwarlu scheduled tribe and validation claim in respect of caste certificate issued in his favour is stated to be pending with the scrutiny committee. This Court has already issued direction to the scrutiny committee to decide the validation claim within specified period. The petitioner makes a grievance that, the respondent No.4 Health University has not declared the result of the third year MBBS examination although his admission is protected.

This petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 to declare the result of the petitioner of 3rd year MBBS examination, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. The petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute further studies in conformity with the result that would be declared by the University. The writ petition stands disposed of.
