Once again learned Advocate holding for learned Advocate Mr. Ghanekar submits that accommodation be granted. It is stated that Mr. Ghanekar is arguing final hearing matter before another Court. It is to be noted that when the matter was on board on 23.03.2022, accommodation was sought on behalf of the applicant. Now, when the learned Advocate for the applicant had the knowledge that he would be before another Court, he ought to have made arrangement, so that the matter before this Court could go on. Since no reasonable ground is shown, the application stands dismissed.
