Issue notice to the respondents.

The learned APP waives notice for all the respondents. Present petition has been filed for directing respondent No.1 to decide the premature release proposal i.e. 14 years report dated 2nd September, 2024, in respect of the petitioner. The learned APP, upon instructions from respondent No.1, submits that it would be decided within a period of three months. He also submits that the petitioner's proposal for premature release has been rejected upto this Court. If this is a situation, then in fact it is easy for respondent No.1 to take a decision on the report 2nd September, 2024.
