ORAL ORDER :

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 informs that the University has already declared results of the petitioner. As such, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. The petitioner shall be permitted to continue to pursue the studies subject to result of the validation claim pending with the Scrutiny Committee.

It is noticed that, although the Scrutiny Committee has been directed to decide the validation of the petitioner claim within a period of one year from the date of the order i.e. 20.8.2014 in Writ Petition No.5517/2013, the Committee has not yet decided the validation claim. The Committee shall make an endeavour to decide the validation claim expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today if the same has not yet been decided.

With the directions as above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
