The learned Advocate for Petitioners submit that the Petitioners pray for a decision on the pending application dated 12.02.2024. However, after filing of the Petitions, the concerned Authority has passed an order dated 07.03.2024 thereby disposing off the pending applications. The Petitioners desire to challenge the said adverse order. Hence, it is prayed that the Petitioners be permitted to withdraw these Petitions.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. Needless to state, the withdrawal of these Petitions would not be an impediment for the Petitioners to challenge the order dated 07.03.2024.
